Wisers Furniture takes pride in offering quality furniture at an affordable price. We will always do our best to meet or beat our competitor’s prices or offer more incentives to shop with us! Simply, show us a picture of the item with the price tag on it from a competitor’s store, bring in a price quote from a competitor, show us an online price from our competitor’s website and we will tell you what we can offer you!
Since we are a smaller, local business, we are unable to compete with the pricing of big box companies or large online entities such as eBay or Amazon.

Wisers offers a 60 day lay-a-way plan that requires a non-refundable 1/3 deposit at the time of purchase. After 30 days we require a 2nd payment of ½ the remaining balance. Finally, after 60 days, we will require the remaining balance to be paid off and the merchandise removed from our store through pick up or our delivery services. We ask that Clearance items not be put on lay-a-way unless approved by a sales associate.
All items must be paid in full at the time of pick-up or paid the morning prior to the day of delivery.
Accessories have a 14 day return policy. All accessories must be returned with the original tags still in place and be accompanied with the original sales receipt. Accessories must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in. Clearance or sale accessories are not eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Sealy Hybrid and Optimum mattresses come with a 90-day comfort return policy. Between day 30 and day 90, customers are eligible to return their Sealy Hybrid or Optimum mattress for an in-store credit that may be applied toward any merchandise. There will be a $50 fee to cover the cost of shipping the mattress back to the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to bring the mattress back to Wisers Furniture unless you would like our delivery team to do this for an additional fee. The comfort return does not apply to foundations or adjustable bases.
All other merchandise that is purchased at Wisers Furniture is a final sale. The merchandise does not come with a return, exchange, or refund policy. Any and all returns, exchanges, or refunds are at the discretion of Wisers Furniture.
Items purchased in our Clearance Center are as-is and may be a scratch & dent item, be in used condition, or be discontinued. We always do our best to be open and honest about the condition of the pieces. We will write brief notes about what flaw or imperfection the merchandise may have. Often times, items in the Clearance Center are in great condition but may be discontinued or no longer available to order in. These items may not be returned, exchanged, or be eligible for a store credit. These items do not come with any warranty. We ask that all items be picked up within one week of purchase unless otherwise noted.
Special Orders/Custom Orders
Wisers is unable to accept any changes or cancellations on a special/custom order once the order has been placed. We require a ½ down deposit to place any special order and the remaining balance will be due at the time of pick up or the morning prior to the day of delivery. If you deny delivery or pick up of your special order, then the ½ down deposit will be forfeited and used to cover the expenses of manufacturing and shipping the product. Wisers will always give a general time frame of when your special order will arrive in the store. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by out of stock inventory, manufacturing issues, or shipping problems beyond our control. We will always give you updates on your order when they are relayed to us from the manufacturer so you are kept in the loop!
Wisers always tries to give an honest time frame of how long an order product may take to arrive in our store. We contact our manufacturers to provide the most accurate information to our customers. Wisers cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping time frames.

Notification of Merchandise Arrival
When merchandise is delivered to our warehouse and received by Wisers, we will call you immediately to arrange a time frame for pick-up (within 7 days) or to schedule delivery. If merchandise is not picked up in a timely manner, or after we have given notice, it will be subject to cancellation, forfeited of any deposit received, and returned back into inventory.
Our warehouse is open 7 days a week for you to pick up your purchases. We would appreciate a phone call letting us know when to expect your arrival. Our warehouse team will gladly load your vehicle with your purchases. Please come prepared with blankets, cardboard, and any tie downs that may be necessary for transporting your purchase to your home. Due to insurance purposes, we are unable to secure your merchandise for you.
